Tansi is a cloud-based, multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support workforce management, compliance tracking, credential verification, digital forms, asset management, reporting, employment services, and related operational functions (the “Services”).
Optional modules may include Indigenous workforce verification and artificial intelligence (“AI”) assisted features.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
You must:
Tenants must have lawful authority to collect and process workforce information.
Individuals may create accounts to manage:
Individuals are responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted information.
Organizations (“Tenants”) may:
Each Tenant operates within a logically separated multi-tenant environment.
Tenants are responsible for all activity within their tenant account.
Individuals retain ownership of personal data they submit.
Tenants retain ownership of data uploaded or generated within their tenant environment, including employee records, compliance documentation, forms, inspection data, asset records, and operational information.
Indigetech acts solely as a service provider processing data to deliver the Services and does not assume responsibility for how Tenants use data.
Tenants may export data using available platform functionality.
Indigetech is not responsible for:
Once exported, data is no longer under Indigetech’s control.
Users and Tenants are solely responsible for:
Indigetech does not actively monitor, review, authenticate, or validate all uploaded documents.
Except where expressly part of a verification module, documents are stored as submitted without independent verification.
Indigetech shall not be liable for:
Where enabled:
Indigetech may retain documentation for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Tansi provides tools intended to support workforce management and regulatory compliance.
Indigetech:
Compliance responsibility remains solely with the Tenant and user.
The Services may include AI-assisted tools that:
AI features may utilize third-party AI providers.
AI-generated outputs:
AI outputs do NOT constitute:
Users and Tenants are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content.
Indigetech makes no warranties regarding AI output accuracy.
All decisions made using AI-assisted outputs — including hiring, compliance, safety procedures, or regulatory actions — remain the sole responsibility of the user or Tenant.
Indigetech shall not be liable for:
If API access is enabled:
API access does not transfer intellectual property ownership.
Tenants may be billed based on:
Payment is due as invoiced or charged to authorized payment methods.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
Tenants are responsible for applicable taxes.
Users and Tenants may not:
Indigetech may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Indigetech implements reasonable safeguards including:
No system is completely secure.
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, PINs, and API keys.
Indigetech will treat Tenant data as confidential and use it solely to provide the Services.
Tenants are responsible for protecting internal access credentials and exported data.
Tenants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indigetech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising from:
This includes legal fees and regulatory penalties.
THE SERVICES, INCLUDING AI FEATURES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Indigetech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Indigetech shall not be liable for:
Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid by the Tenant in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
Indigetech is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, cyber incidents, or governmental action.
Indigetech may assign these Terms in connection with merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
Tenants may not assign without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Courts of Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Indigetech may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
